Inspiration in the Kitchen – part 2

A new change was made when I was looking for a better way of giving spinach to our Little One. To tell the truth, neither my husband nor I eat spinach, but I was so impressed by its description in a book by David Rathgeber, that I decided to give it a try, at least for our Little One meals. I steamed the spinach and then I blended it with the yolk. The new dish was eaten without any problems.

Inspiration in the Kitchen – part 1

It might be strange, but some people think that it’s not possible for small children to like broccoli. Why not? There are lots of tasty dishes that include broccoli in their list of ingredients. One of them is “Oscar’s Delight”.

I found that recipe in a book by Annabel Karmel that I got from a friend. I decided to give it a go because the list of ingredients was very short (there are only four of them) and it was a nice way to introduced egg yolk into my Litle One’s diet. Also, that recipe reminded me of the dish I’d often cooked in my child-free time for lunch. Now it seems to have been ages ago.

My cameras.

I have always loved photography, but this year I’ve been very enthusiastic about it. I’ve taken pictures nearly every day and there were days when I took up to a few hundreds shots.
