Often it’s difficult to be good to yourself. Although I know that doing exercises during your pregnancy is very beneficial to your and baby’s health, I hardly do any because of my tiredness or forgetfulness.
I’ve got several books where I can find a few very easy workouts especially geared to mums-to-be. Also, I’ve drawn up a special exercise program for myself and created a database on my PDA to keep track of my progress. Still, I can’t get into the habit of doing them. Read the rest of this entry »
