Choosing a cream

When on Friday morning about a month and a half ago, I looked at myself in the mirror, I realised it was time I did something about my skin. I didn’t like the blemishes on my cheeks, so I made a mental note to go and buy some facial cream at Debenhams. I decided to try something from Clarins because a friend of mine had said she liked their cream.

A few weeks after I’d finished reading the book, we went to get a takeaway pizza and a poster at the bus stop by Pizza Express caught my attention. It featured Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway in ‘The Devil Wears Prada’. I decided to go and see the film and since it would be on when my mum would be here, I thought it would be nice to go and see it with her.

We’re moving again.

You might know that we moved to our flat only a few months ago and soon we found out that it was difficult to get some rest at night since our neighbours liked having their noisy parties after midnight and until 3-4 a.m. at least twice a week.
